Shipping

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to ship after you place an order. The time it takes to prepare + ship custom orders does vary but will be listed in the description detail of the product. Please make note of this before you place an order.

 If free shipping is an option, it will automatically be applied to your order. Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your package and the address/location of the receiver. We currently are primarily shipping with USPS. You will have the option of First Class, Priority or Express shipping at checkout.

 

How will I know my order was shipped?

Once order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to be able to track all shipping updates.  Please make sure all information entered is correct to ensure updates are given in a timely manner.

I have not received my order, what do I do?
Check your email and track your package in the shipping email notification that was sent to you.
The system states my package was delivered or I have still not received my package.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. In addition, we are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.  If you find an error was made PRIOR to your order being shipped, please let us know as soon as possible so we are able to update the information.  
If you find an error was made AFTER your order was shipped, we will gladly work with you to locate the package however, there will be no shipping refunds on missing or returned packages due to an incorrect address.
